Nice place but the crew was not good
The man at the front desk had a lot of trouble with the check in. Not only for us but with all the guests waiting. It took two hours for us to check in.

The tv was very small and was missing buttons. The remote control had dead batteries. The cabinet door for the tv was hanging off the hinge. The hallway smelled like lye.

I was moved to the Plaza as the Vegas Club is closed. That was very tricky on the part of Vegas Club management. The Plaza south tower rooms were nice and newly done. The hallways doors in the south tower on the outside open up and a heavy whistle noise flows thru the hallways. It is excessively loud. The pit boss in the pleasure pit with dancing girls verbally mistreats his girls which was just plain cruelty from management. The rest of the staff was fantastic and caring which makes up for all the negatives which can be fixed. The Plaza staff is top notch however management needs to learn from their friendly staff. The cruelty Was deplorable. Your management is lucky I only get 300 words.

I really liked my room. It was large and very clean. The maid was discreet and accomodating. I usually stay on the strip, however I found that staying at Vegas Club Hotel and Casino gave me an entirely new experience. After having my fun at the slot machines (yes, I did win some.), I could just step outside to enjoy the entire "Fremont Street Experience"; outside concert stage shows, show girls dancing, actors dressed as famous characters ready to take a picture with you. There was an entire street of casinos, dancing in the street, great food, fun, and frivolity throughout and all within a few feet from the hotel. Another big plus for me as a solo senior, was to be able to park inside the hotel and just take the elevator to my room or the casino floor. Very safe and convenient. I will definately book Vegas Club Hotel and Casino again.

Good Value for the price. Rooms appeared to have been recently remodeled.
The South Tower is extremely slow. For the price I paid for the room. I didn't mind the wait
